The documents listed at the bottom of this page are provided as an aid in setting up specific equipment to connect with the City network.
If you don't find the information you need here please contact the City technical support through Cliff Wilkie at 768-3609 or Cwilkie@cabq.gov. We will do what we can to help but please keep in mind that we do not know the intricacies of the various versions of software and hardware that might be used with our network. Ultimately these issues will have to be resolved by product technical support from the manufacturers or vendors of the particular piece of equipment.
Fortunately some of our local users as well as network operators in other states have been very cooperative and generous with their time and information so with their help we have been able to put together this page of reference documents and answer many setup questions. We appreciate user contributions, feedback and corrections. Hopefully many if not all of your questions can be answered by the documents on this page.
