How to Subscribe to the ARTGN

The current subscription is $200 per month per each individual user access. Upon receipt of the user fee, the City provides the user with a unique Logon ID and unique password which will enable access to the system. Each password and ID is intended for use on only one survey controller or similar device at a time. As many passwords as desired may be purchased but, each password will only allow access for a single device at a time. If two users attempt to login from different devices with the same password, the second user will be blocked from the system. Passwords are not assigned to a specific controller or device and may be transferred from one unit to another.

Payment to the City can only be made through bank routing numbers provided for a user checking or savings account. Payments cannot be accepted by checks, credit card, debit card, cash or other means. Upon receipt of the user routing number, the City will put in place an automatic billing process that will bill the account each month.

To subscribe please submit a signed copy of the GNSS User Agreement as well as a signed copy of the Bank Routing Number form. Both of these forms may be downloaded by clicking on their respective hyperlinks.

PLEASE REMEMBER to fill in the box on the routing number form specifying the number of user ID's being requested and also to attach a voided check with the submittal.
